Green Smoothies—Sweet and Easy


This was a really good and really simple green smoothie. I used about a cup of frozen mango, one large ripe pear, about 2 cups of fresh green baby spinach, and the juice of one whole lemon. I put it all in the blender with a little water (just enough to keep the blender moving) and a little ice and blended until it was nice and smooth. A mason jar with a Cuppow lid is a great way to make it mobile. Great snack or breakfast.

The thing about green smoothies is that when I drink them regularly, I really do feel great. Kris Carr was right!
